Our Mats feature a slip resident back, with a coir front. We use high quality cured UV Ink on the door mats to help prevent fading. The ink affixes directly to each fiber in the material. We recommend that you keep your doormat in a dry, covered area to prolong the life of the design. To clean, simply shake or vacuum away any debris.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
All doormats made to order in the order received. All doormats are ready to ship in 4-6 business days. NOTE, we work Monday-Friday. All orders are processed on the next business day after you order. For example, if you order on a Friday, the next business day is Monday and day 1 of the processing time for your order. Once the item is made and shipped, please allow another 3-6 days for shipping once they're made. All mats are shipped via FEDEX, USPS or UPS and tracking is always provided. Please allow time for tracking to update. Typically about 12 hours to show movement.

The sizes available are 18x30 or 24x36 inches. The Coir mats are 9/16 inches thick.

CARING FOR YOUR MAT:
They will live their best life if they are kept out of stormy wet weather and out of direct sunlight. Lay flat upon opening and shake outdoors to get loose fibers off. These mats do shed a bit.
