This is to address the frequent questions I get asked almost daily. I know it's much easier to just send a message than to read the shop info, but pretty much everything you need to know is there or here. I'm a one woman show so this helps save us both a little time and leave me more time to get creative + paint your gorgeous mats. Thank you all for the patience and support!
1. How can I find out when my order is shipping?My current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks (unless otherwise noted in that Doormats description) from the nearest business day following your order. You will be emailed as soon as the order is processed for shipping with a tracking number included.
2. How are shipping costs calculated?
I currently charge a flat rate $10 for shipping mats using either Fedex or USPS. Order up to 5 doormats for a flat rate shipping charge of $15!
3. Do you do custom orders?

You must leave the wording you want on the mat IN the order notes at checkout or we will not be able to create your mat.
4. Can you rush my order?
I am always happy to try and accommodate timelines for gifts ect, but remember by rushing your order means your order gets made before the others who have been patiently waiting. Most people offer to pay for rush shipping, but remember it has nothing to do with shipping. It's just me, in my garage, painting mats as fast as I can.
5. Do you offer wholesale?
No, I do not currently offer wholesale.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No, I do not. It is OVER $60 just for shipping and if the mat is returned for any reason at all, shipping can not be reimbursed.
7. Can the mats get wet?
It is not recommended. Getting the mat wet or allowing it to be exposed to constant sunlight will cause fading very quickly. Mats are best kept if they are in a shady, dry area.
8. Shipping Disclaimer
Josie B is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped, Josie B has no control over the USPS/Fedex deliveries. YOU MUST enter your correct shipping address when you purchase your item. If not and the mat is shipped to the wrong address, or if it is returned to me due to insufficient address, the shipping can not be refunded and Josie B will not pay to have it reshipped. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding this.
